These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BECA — Business Enhanced Concierge AI, a WhatsApp Business messaging, automation, and AI auto-reply platform ("Service") operated by Technoid ("Technoid", "we", "us", "our") at bizbot.cloud. By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BECA lets a business ("Client") connect a WhatsApp Business Account to send and receive WhatsApp messages, configure AI-powered auto-replies, run message campaigns, manage contacts, and optionally connect third-party integrations such as Shopify. Use of the WhatsApp Business Platform through the Service is also subject to Meta's own WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Business Terms, which you must independently comply with.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by staff/agents you invite. Notify us immediately at devsupport@technoid.ae if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including where required by Meta's own enforcement of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
As a Client, you are the data controller for the personal data of the end customers you message through the Service (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to message your contacts and for responding to their data-subject requests. Technoid acts as your data processor for that data, processing it only on your instructions and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Optional integrations (e.g. Shopify) are provided for your convenience and are subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services you choose to connect.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Technoid and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service; you receive only a limited, revocable right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services the Service depends on, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and AI processing providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technoid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@app-beca.com or devsupport@technoid.ae — see the Data Deletion section of our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by Meta's enforcement of the WhatsApp Business Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
